Why Should Leaders Develop Followership?
The maxim of soldiers who do not want to be marshals are not good soldiers has inspired many young men who are aspiring to be leaders. However, a more reflective question derived from this maxim is whether a marshal who cannot even be a good soldier is a good marshal.
