APPENDIX ESample Invitation
Once the steering committee determines the date, place, and stakeholders for the Future Search, the next step is to send out invitations quickly. Invitations can be a onetime mailing or several mailings and may involve follow-up phone calls (for more ideas, see “Invitations: Who Will Offer Them and How” in Chapter 9). A sample invitation letter is presented here.
