About the Authors
Heike Bruch is a Senior Professor and Director of the Institute for Leadership and Human Resources Management at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). She is the founder and Research Director of the Organizational Energy Program (OEP) and the energy factory St. Gallen AG and she is a member of the McKinsey Academic Sounding Board, the Management Board of the German Association for Leadership (DGFP), as well as the Academic Committee of the Demographic Network (ddn).
Earlier roles include Senior Research Fellow at the London Business School and Lecturer at the University of Hannover. She received her PhD in Management from the Leibniz University of Hannover, Germany and her habilitation in Leadership from the University ...
