What Are the Product’s Characteristics?
In previous chapters, the metrics that define the performance of our products that we supply to our customer were outlined. Now, we will expand on the quality aspects of our products from a fundamental level either from a chemical or physical perspective. The research and development (R&D) team will be pivotal in defining those technical features of the item being produced. In addition, a multifunctional team comprised of marketing, sales, with R&D will help shape the product’s final features. Once the final product is well defined, it will be ready for production and made en masse.
