The Truth Is in the Story

Southerners share their wisdom through storytelling. I am a southern girl and these are my stories…the stories I have lived, the stories I have read, the stories that were told to me, the stories that form the fabric of my life and the life of the world. It is, after all, the story that is the core of life; without the story, we have nothing. We do not grow or move forward in any manner unless the story is told…the story of who we are, the story of what we do, the story of why we do the things we do. Countries, corporations, and communities need the stories and corporate leaders need now to be the storytellers.
