Hiring Procedures
It is generally part of the production manager's duties to hire some personnel for a production and to supervise the execution of contract agreements and related formalities. Figures 7.1 and 7.2 provide an overview of the personnel involved during principal photography and postproduction. These figures also depict the lines of communication and command.
