As a rule of thumb, the larger the production, the more security-conscious it needs to be. The bigger the production is, the more of a target it is. Film productions like World of Warcraft, The Avengers, and Star Wars: The Force Awakens all had very strict security in place just to prevent any leaks relating to the story, let alone things like concept art or still images. It also goes without saying that on practically any size production, having the final version become leaked before its intended release date can be catastrophic.
