For non-fiction video producers, storytelling often does not truly begin until the post-production stage. During reporting or pre-production, you gather facts and determine the focus of your shooting. During production, you shoot interviews and b-roll. But editing, or post-production, is when you combine, arrange, highlight, sequence, and eliminate footage to craft compelling visual stories.
