acceptance test—A copy of a scenario in a format suitable for execution on a computer that runs against the software to confirm that the development team is building the right software and is satisfying stakeholders’ desirements.

accessibility—A nonfunctional requirement characterizing the ease with which the software can be accessed by as many people or systems as possible.

action—The behavior performed by a scenario causing a transition to occur. It is the body of the “When” clause in a Given-When-Then scenario.
