Appendix D: Example Level 3 Flowchart Procedure

COMMENT

The primary intent of Appendix D is to provide an example of a flowchart procedure. This type of procedure is particularly useful for Level 3, where the intent is to describe the detailed steps for how a particular subject must be addressed. Some comments about the structure of the appendix are in order:

1. As in the case in Appendix C, this example is not intended to be a complete procedure. A complete procedure will have additional sections, such as purpose, scope, references, document history, and other sections as required.
