QUALITY POLICY
The quality policy provides an opportunity for the company to put its commitment to quality in a few words and in a manner that can be readily shared across the whole organization. It should be straightforward and readily understandable, rather than a complex and detailed elaboration of fine points. Table 6.1 provides some examples of quality policies that have been used by medical device companies. Some are quite short; others are more elaborate.
