Section 03 with five chapters deals with the basis of information where-from knowledge is derived. Perfectly ordered and organized information (with no ambiguities) makes for rudimentary knowledge. Processing of knowledge and its enhancement leads to the underlying truisms that offer knowledge more value, longevity and universality.
