Chapter Summary

This chapter deals with negative knowledge that triggers the societies into disarray, dismay, and deterioration of ethics and values accumulated during the prior interval that built positive ethics and values. We report events from recent history as facts only to indicate that polluted and adulterated knowledge has dire consequences. Section 4.1 documents some of the events that have brought the ethics and conscience of political abusers in grave doubt. The reader is forewarned about the facts that most authors shirk to report.
