Acknowledgments

We want to acknowledge some folks who helped us get this book into your hands as quickly as possible.

Dave Mozealous, Articulate QA Manager (http://www.mozealous.com), was our guardian angel throughout the project. He made himself available to us on a moment’s notice, including holidays, weekends, and while watching football games. He went above and beyond, again and again. Doug Wagner, our colleague, was initially roped into reading all of the chapters, editing the text for clarity and completeness, and trying all of the “how-tos.” We then roped him into writing some of the Quizmaker content and the Video Encoder content. We literally couldn’t have done this without Dave and Doug’s help.
