First, insert four rechargeable AA NiMH batteries in the four battery section of the battery compartment. Then, insert the battery cover to complete the assembly (Figure 6.27):

Now you're ready to control the Romi Robot with the hand-held Robot Controller.
Press and hold the push button on the Robot Controller to move the robot in four directions:
- FORWARD
- BACKWARD
- LEFT
- RIGHT
Of course, the DC Motor driver doesn't actually know if the gear motor is FORWARD or BACKWARD, so if you want to change which way it thinks is ...
