Entrepreneurship is a mandatory subject of study at most business schools in India. It is also a current fad to hold entrepreneurship seminars, summits, and conferences as an extra-curricular activity.
But is entrepreneurship just another subject on the B-school menu—like marketing, finance, or operations? I believe that entrepreneurship is an attitude—a complete philosophy, a manner of thinking, and a way of life. An entrepreneur looks at a problem and wants to solve it in a new and interesting way. He (or she) is a creator in the truest possible sense.
