The right business structure
The process of defining your core proposition and preparing a financial plan that convinces you that your business is feasible is essentially the same irrespective of how you plan to structure your business. Before you can start trading though, you will obviously need to decide the best legal entity in which to undertake your business, how the ownership of the operation is to be organised and who you want involved in that ownership.
