The Pieces of an Engagement Plan

Having an Engagement Plan and creating how you are going to develop a more engaged organization is an important part of LEAPS. Unfortunately, building an Engagement Plan (and executing a strategy) is not as simple as one would hope. Various activities and areas of focus must be addressed for the plan to be successful.
