Part 3. Production
This part of the book focuses on production aspects of BEAM-powered systems. Chapter 11 discusses OTP applications. You’ll learn how to package components, reuse third-party libraries, and build a simple web server. Then, in chapter 12, we look at the basic building blocks of distributed systems. Chapter 13 finishes the book by explaining how to build a deployable standalone release and how to interact with the running system.
