Edward F. Kuester received a B.S. degree from Michigan State University, East Lansing, in 1971, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder, in 1974 and 1976, respectively, all in electrical engineering.
Since 1976, he has been with the Department of Electrical, Computer, and Energy Engineering at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he is currently a Professor. In 1979, he was a Summer Faculty Fellow at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, CA. From 1981 to 1982, he was a Visiting Professor at the Technische Hogeschool, Delft, The Netherlands.
