Wiring Methods and Devices

OVERVIEW

Wiring methods include the entire range of materials and techniques used to install electrical circuits from a power source to electrically powered equipment. To provide electricity for power and lighting, a circuit between the power source and the load must be completed. Wiring methods provide the physical means of installing the conductors necessary to complete such circuits. The environmental constraints of the location are a major determining factor in selecting appropriate wiring methods.
