Mohammad Saad Alam is a professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Aligarh Muslim University and Founding Director of the Center of Advanced Research in Electrified Transportation (CARET). Before joining Aligarh Muslim University, he has worked in the North American Automotive Industry in the Electric Vehicle research and product development. His current research interests include electric mobility and connectivity, xEV charging infrastructure, smart Microgrid n, large-scale new and renewable energy integration, high-voltage electric energy storage systems, transactive energy, block chain application to Transportation electrification and big data analytics in the sustainable energy industry.
