Project Overview Statement

One of the deliverables from the solution definition and requirements gathering exercises is the Project Overview Statement (POS). The details of generating this document are given in Appendix C. This document will serve as the baseline for the project as it goes forward to the Planning Phase. Figure 4-2 shows POS for the case study.
