Time to Take It up a Level

We hope that even if you aren’t a manager, there are plenty of ideas here that you can share with your boss and encourage discussions within your team. Here’s what we covered in this chapter:

  • We learned about an equation coined by Andy Grove that describes the output of a manager. Given that managing remote teams involves managers adapting and refining their style to suit remote working, we extended the equation to add a scale factor based on their ability to do this.
