Let’s Build a Model!
So there we have it. Treat everyone as remote. It’s simple, but it isn’t straightforward. Like existing mindfully in the present moment, changing our communication habits to yield benefits for ourselves and our colleagues regardless of where they are in the world is a difficult habit to form. The default mode of our brains is to try to get everything that we need immediately by any means possible, but this flies in the face of being a diligent remote colleague.
