Chapter 8    Cheerleading

This is also a short subject, and one that may seem anomalous to some readers. It may seem trivial to others, but I see cheerleading as a vital role of all good managers. In fact, I am so convinced of the importance of this that I actually see the cheerleading role as a central one in every leadership role, even that of the United States presidency. Let me go a step further, and add that for the sitting president nothing is more important than being a good cheerleader—nothing.
