The Inference Is the Difference

This final section focuses on drawing conclusions on the basis of the information collected. The focus is to safeguard the user of information as we return to the employment context where decisions affect the employment status of the individual being interviewed or assessed (i.e., hiring, promoting, developing readiness for higher-level jobs, and termination or firing). Making inferential leaps based on data collected is not an easy task.
