Acknowledgements

The research and practice for this second edition of the E-tivities book has spanned 10 very happy and productive years, during which time I have worked at two UK and two Australian universities. I was at the Open University Business School until 2004 and at the University of Leicester until 2010. For the past two years at I have worked in Australia: at the University of Southern Queensland in Toowoomba and now at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne.
