The Core Protocols have a Web of Commitment protocol. This web of commitment is the evolution of the ideas presented in “Don’t go dark.” The web creates a structure of commitments between all team members that each will help the other in getting what he or she wants. The product of each team member getting what he or she wants is that the team will achieve what it wants.
You approach a milestone date and ask the lead developer, “How’s it going? Are we going to hit the milestone?”
