More Customization to Come!
After all this custom template work, you might be wondering where the custom transitions are. Not to fear. This chapter was long enough without them, so we promoted the transitions to their own chapter. Chapter 11 has a starter project for those of you still in DVDSP 2 to make sure you have access to video transitions between your menus. If you build a few custom templates, you easily can augment them with such video transitions.
The rest of Chapter 11 will tackle building custom transitions for use specifically with DVDSP 3. Although this definitely is a topic for the advanced user, if you've got a spare afternoon and some bottled-up creativity just dying to get out, forge ahead!
