Scrum Anti-Patterns That Amplify Friction and Surprises

The Sprint Goal serves as a lighthouse brightly shining through the surrounding fog to make short feedback loops possible based on what we discover and learn.
However, there’s more to producing short feedback loops than simply applying Sprint Goals. Many Scrum Teams have adopted practices that intensify friction, generate unnecessary surprises, inject speculation, and create longer feedback loops.
