Ever since I was able to hold a marker and a pair of scissors, I’ve been doing every craft imaginable: making my own toys, sewing with my mom, woodworking with my dad, and being creative in any way I could, from painting, photography, and printmaking, to ceramics, calligraphy, and creating films. But through it all, illustration has always held a special place in my heart and I dreamed of having the skills to create images from my imagination.
