THE DRAWING PROCESS, STEP-BY-STEP
The first step after defining your overall character is to start sketching out your ideas on paper or with a digital drawing tool.
Sketching is an important step, almost indispensable, whether you’ve mastered it or not. It will help you visualize what your character is doing and what it looks like.
You start with the head and then add the chibi character body.
Note: Don’t focus too much on details, such as clothes, hair, and eyes, at this step. Just concentrate on drawing the head, body, arms and legs, and hands and feet.
