Objective

To explore the interaction and coordination of music and light.

Setting

Assemble an environment from found objects (Figure P.16). Design a fluid lighting sequence which explores the way in which lighting may add a time dimension to our perception of sculptural objects in terms of form and atmosphere. The performance may be accompanied by any kind of sound track or by silence.

Rig

Up to 20 lights may be used, including the five marked on the plan.

Contraction and expansion
