Diane Hessan, who was discussed in Chapter 7, doesn’t blog. She does, as previously mentioned, use Twitter, a service that allows you to post an idea in 140-character “tweets.” “I use social media because it’s practicing what we preach,” says Hessan. “If you want to communicate online, Twitter is a great vehicle for us and for me because it is very unobtrusive. My following somebody is no sweat for them, and somebody following me is no sweat.”
