Purpose: To Provide a Visual Understanding of DOF and How It is Affected by Aperture.
- Use a normal to slight telephoto (70mm) focal length lens.
- Keep your camera in the same position for all of the images. A tripod is recommended but not required.
- Be absolutely certain your camera is set on Manual focus.
- Set the exposure mode on Aperture Priority (A), Nikon, or Aperture value (Av), Canon.
