Bruce Abernethy is with the University of Queensland, Australia, where he is concurrently Professor of Skill Acquisition and Motor Control within the School of Human Movement Studies and Deputy Executive Dean and Associate Dean (Research) within the Faculty of Health Sciences. He also holds a Visiting Professor appointment at the University of Hong Kong, where he was the inaugural Chair Professor of the Institute of Human Performance from 2004 to 2011.
