References
The references in this book are articles or Web sites that I have used to support a point. They are not designed to provide a leaping-off point for further research. There is so much material on the Web and, of course, numerous books about IT application development that anyone who wants to read more is disadvantaged more by a surfeit of information than by a lack of it.
I accessed the Web sites on May 6, 2015, unless otherwise stated.
