While the Stage 2 design work has the greatest impact on the design outcomes, Stage 3 must be diligently and successfully undertaken if the client’s Project Outcomes are to be achieved. With the Concept Design signed off by the client at the end of Stage 2 and many of the third party issues addressed, Stage 3 is when the lead designer must lead the design team to greatest effect.
