Now that you've formulated your strategy, it's time to implement it. Sounds simple, right? Unfortunately, most philanthropists get stuck in implementation. It turns out that for all the effort that went into developing a strategy, the harder part is getting the darned thing to work!

Implementation problems begin immediately. They show up in the form of unread emails in your inbox, your overscheduled calendar, your old strategy. These problems impede implementation because the worst thing you could do right now, at this very moment, is continue doing everything the way you were doing it before.

Right now, you need to change how you allocate your time, resources, and brainpower to achieve your new strategy. Your new priorities need to bump out your old priorities. And if bumping them doesn't work, you need to give your old priorities a beat down.

Luckily, you are undaunted! When it comes to implementing, you're ready to do what it takes.
