Convey Authentic Enthusiasm

Enthusiasm is a word that conjures up different associations depending on whom you are talking to, so let’s just consider its literal definition: great excitement for or interest in a subject or cause. Like most of us, I have experienced highs and lows in life. I have discovered that being enthusiastic comes naturally to me during the high points but requires more effort during the low points. But regardless of how things are going, I know that I have the freedom to choose my response and that enthusiasm is always among my options.
