Abstract

This chapter covers the coprocessor support and Arm Custom Instructions features in the Cortex-M33 processor. These features enable chip designers to add hardware accelerators that are closely coupled to the processor. The chapter explains how software developers can access the coprocessor and Arm Custom Instructions using intrinsic functions, and what that they need to do to enable these features.
