4 Gathering Digital Photos
When I start working with a new photo organizing client, one of the first things I must do is convince them to stop apologizing. They apologize for being disorganized, for not knowing where everything is, and for taking so many photographs. I tell them that I’ve seen everything and that nothing surprises me. I really mean that when I say it, and my sincerity starts to put clients at ease.
After we exit the apologizing phase, we can start in earnest on the gathering phase.
