Introduction

Human error is the root cause of many cybersecurity incidents, and training can prevent and mitigate cybersecurity incidents. We interpret the alarming and widely reported World Economic Forum statistic of 95 percent to represent human errors made along the entire digital product or service life cycle, including poor engineering decisions leading to less secure digital products and services.
