The National Initiative for Cybersecurity Careers and Studies (NICCS) is within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and provides tools and resources to advance cybersecurity training and education. The NICCS (2022) has identified 52 cybersecurity work roles aligned with the NICE cybersecurity competency model (Table A3.1).
