The 15 minute video on the Seattle Office for Civil Rights’s Race and Social Justice Initiative (RSJI) describes the experiences and reasons for developing the RSJI. In A, employees from Seattle describe the lessons learned from the RSJI and contain contact information for the employees. There are many communities experiencing similar demographic changes who can benefit from Seattle’s experience. The rest are templates created so they can be copied and used.
