As human beings we seem to be forever creating lists or statements that say what we will do. We articulate objectives, goals, and future visions and yet we rarely know how to be. Being is different from doing. Being is an internal state of knowing, with clear honest intention and a sense of alignment. Doing is about getting stuff done and it rarely aligns with an internalized state of being. Old energy organizations are almost always focused on doing with little sense of what is means to simply be.
