Agile is all about learning and putting that learning back into your plan. Yet the traditional mindset about transformations leads many to believe that a grand plan is needed upfront about the future state and design of the entire enterprise. This assumes that we can know all of these details beforehand, and that such knowledge will increase the chance of success.
