Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) of the conversational variety enables users to communicate with software programs in a manner similar to that of other people. AI that allows users to interact with chatbots or virtual agents is referred to as conversational AI. Using vast volumes of data, machine learning, and natural language processing, they recognize audio and text inputs and translate their contents into other languages to simulate human interactions.
