Bills of quantities

The traditional way of obtaining tenders for a project where the design is fully detailed at tender stage. Bills of quantities provide project-specific measured quantities for the items of work identified by the drawings and specifications in the tender documentation, allowing potential contractors to price the works on the same basis.
